Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping Abigail Neal Designs! Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed, so please allow a little extra time for your piece to be prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.

Because many Abigail Neal Designs products are created to order, this preparation window allows each piece to be produced specifically for your purchase rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates include both:

Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time = Estimated Delivery

If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, event, or other special occasion, we recommend ordering early to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Orders with Multiple Items

Some products may be prepared and shipped separately. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package or tracking number. Don’t worry if everything doesn’t arrive on the same day!

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
