Are all of your designs original?

Yes! All artwork and designs sold through Abigail Neal Designs are created by me. Please do not copy, recreate, trace, redistribute, or claim any of my artwork as your own.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most physical products are made to order and typically require up to 5 business days for production before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of my products are made to order, I do not offer traditional refunds. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. Please see the full Return & Refund Policy for additional details.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to make it right!

Do you offer custom artwork?

Yes! Custom availability varies throughout the year. If commissions or custom design spots are currently open, you’ll find more information on the website or my social media.

Are the colors exactly the same as they appear on my screen?

I do my best to represent colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product. This is normal and can be affected by your device, printing method, and material.

Are digital products physically shipped?

No. Products marked Digital Download are digital files only. Nothing will be mailed to you. Your files will be delivered electronically after purchase.

Can I use a digital design on products I sell?

Yes, as long as you purchase the appropriate license. Each license has a production limit:

Personal License: Up to 50 items
Commercial License: Up to 250 items
Extended Commercial License: Anything beyond 250 items

Can I share or resell the digital file?

No. Purchasing a digital design gives you permission to use the artwork according to the license you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

Digital files may not be shared, resold, redistributed, copied, traced, or claimed as your own artwork.

Can I use your designs with a manufacturer?

Please check the terms of your purchased license before sending artwork to a third-party printer or manufacturer. You are responsible for ensuring anyone producing products on your behalf does not retain, reuse, share, or sell the artwork.

Do you offer wholesale?

Select Abigail Neal Designs products may be available for wholesale. Please reach out with information about your shop, location, and the products you're interested in carrying.

Who owns the artwork after I purchase something?

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, Abigail Neal Designs retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the artwork and designs.

Purchasing a physical product, print, sticker, digital file, or commercial license does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork.
